LIFE SKILLS – WHAT ARE THESE?

If you are an adult and are not getting the appropriate job because of your deprived education of language, literacy or maths, need not to worry you can easily cope this problem with the help of Life Skill Programs.  The national policy, Skill of Life is used for civilizing adult’s literacy, language and numeric skills. The main motive of these is to undertake the adult’s skill gaps and to attain the essential skills of efficient literacy and numeric by an adult. An adult who is poor at literacy, language or numeric can attain the classes arranged by life skill program.

The major purpose of the program is to develop the basic skill, to ensure the capacity of an adult, to increase standard and quality within an adult and to get better achievement and development in the occupation of an adult which will have a great impact in the life of an adult. The main target for these Life Skill programs are the young adults, parents, low- skilled people in service, jobseekers people living in underprivileged area. The association responsible of the policy of Life Skill has to ensure to improve the basic skill and the preference comprise of not only improving quality of the learner but also of the teaching, ensuring the terms are well planned and executed.

The Life Skill task is created to implant skill for life of adults. The scheme aims at adults to brush up their skills, achieve a National Certificate in Adult Literacy, Language or Numeric, and get a better job with this certificate.
